Overview

Hotel OS is a complete property management system that runs like a desktop operating system. Front desk, room rack, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, billing, POS, night audit, revenue and channel management open as windows side by side, so staff never juggle browser tabs.

It also includes a direct booking engine for guests, a mobile app for housekeeping and maintenance staff, multi-property control, and an AI copilot that answers questions and prepares actions for staff to approve before anything changes.

It is built by someone who has worked front desk, night audit and a 155-room, two-hotel operation, and who knows Mews and Opera from the inside. Every workflow starts from how a hotel shift actually runs.

Business problem

Hotel software sits inside a live operation.

A PMS is not simply a reservation database. Front-office teams use it while handling guests, room status, payments, reservations, changes and operational exceptions in real time — often across several systems at once.

Hotel OS brings those tools together as windows in one desktop, so a shift runs without juggling browser tabs.

Product approach

Built from the shift, not from a feature list.

Hotel OS is built by someone who has worked front desk, night audit and a 155-room, two-hotel operation, and who knows Mews and Opera from the inside. Every workflow starts from how a hotel shift actually runs.

The project is independent and is not affiliated with those companies.
