Who is responsible
Mohammad Zazai, trading as ZAZAPP Design - Zaza Duty Manager, is responsible for the personal information described here. The business is registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42162156. It is also registered for Dutch VAT (BTW) under number NL005546277B36.

Information collected
The enquiry forms collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number and company, and the details of your project, hospitality assignment or message. Depending on the form, this may include a website, budget range, dates, location, property name or preferred working arrangement.
The website also records the page from which an enquiry was sent and, when present in the page address, limited campaign labels. To prevent abuse, a one-way hash derived from the connection address is retained with a submission record. The raw address is not stored by the enquiry system. Do not submit passports, identity numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, take steps requested before a possible contract, manage related business communication, protect the forms against misuse, and establish or defend legal claims when necessary. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
Enquiry information is not used for newsletters, SMS marketing, advertising profiles or automated decision-making. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage, access and sharing
Enquiries are stored in a protected business database. Access is restricted to active, authorised administrators. Service providers that host or secure the website may process limited information on behalf of the business. Information is not sold. It may be shared when legally required or when necessary to protect legal rights.
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards required by European data-protection law are used. No method of online storage is completely risk-free, but reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied.
Retention
Personal information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting business relationship, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. Retention depends on the nature of the communication and whether it leads to an engagement. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. A fixed automated deletion schedule is not currently in place.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed, and legal exceptions may apply.
Cookies and changes
The public website does not use advertising cookies. The hosting platform (Lovable) records aggregated visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referring site and device type, to show how the website is used. See the Cookie Policy for details.
